Blooming flowers cover this keepsake box hanpainted by Shivji Ram Mali in India. Although it is brilliantly painted, it has a very rustic finish with crude and rugged imperfections in the wood and gloss finish. Made from mango wood the box is finished brass clasp which could be fitted with a small padlock. The interior is unlined and painted black.
