"Mughal Treasure" Wood and Marble Trinket Box
The lavish handpainted necklace is part of a Mughal queen's adornment. Sparkling rhinestones are added to increase the opulence. Craftsman Vikas handpainted the entire design on Makrana marble. The box itself is made of sheesham wood. The painted marble lid is covered in glass and framed in sheesham wood. the box is trimmed with brass "jali" or cutout work. The bottom of the box is covered in a soft suede to prevent scratching your furuniture. The interior of the box is suede-lined.Please note that in time, marble may yellow.
