The details are lovely and delicate in this lacquer box that was expertly handcrafted by artist Subin Tositarat of Thailand. The body of the box is made from mango wood, but of course you can't see the wood because of the many layers of black lacquer and the luxurious designs that have been engraved and painted into the surface. It is simply beautiful.
